The upper loft spoils guests with a king-size bed, a jetted tub, a TV, and a full bathroom. A second king bed is located in the lower level bedroom, and a queen-size bed occupies the remaining room. There is also a twin-size pullout sofa in the living room, a futon in the game room, and two more full bathrooms.

My family and I took a vacation to the smokies and we couldnt have been any happier.... i wish we could have stayed longer... i was very iffy and nervous about how the cabin would turn out due to the previous reviews. But we absolutely loved it from the top to the bottom! Thank you so much vacasa! It was a wonderful expierence!

We loved the house and all of the accommodations. The kids loved the hot tub and rec room. Kitchen could use some updated pans but other than that everything was great!

this cabin looked great on the website. After we got there what a shock. Bugs everywhere....dead flies and mayflies not counting the windows with no curtains...every time you go to the bathroom everyone can see in the shower the commode. the master bedroom upstairs. Windows with no covers too. had to keep light off to change clothes so no one could see in from near by cabins....
Manager Response:
We apologize for any bugs in the house. They are a very normal part of mountain life, and we do have the home treated for them regularly. We ask that guests please call us if they feel there are more bugs in the cabin than is acceptable so we can ask the pest control company to come out and do additional treatments. Thanks!

The location was a plus. The Cabin wasn't the worse but it could use a good cleaning. Had a lot of dust and cobwebs. The blinds was in poor shape. The downstairs needed a new uplift in the decor, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a disappointment with the price we had to pay for two nights.
Manager Response:
We appreciate this feedback. We have a deep clean and maintenance inspection scheduled before the end of May that will address these concerns.

Nice place. Will stay again

My kids loved this cabin. It was a lot bigger then I thought it would be. They had a great time playing the games provided and the movies to watch. The cabin was set up dog friendly. I would recommend staying on any trip you have to take weather recreational or business. The cleaning staff was at our cabin before we left and they were friendly and even asked how we liked the cabin and did we have fun.

We were very disappointed with this cabin. The whirlpool tub was so nasty stuff came out in the tub when I turned the jets on. And they're were bugs everywhere including the beds, windows and even kitchen. The cabin layout is really nice and great location, really needs a good cleaning and an exterminator though.

The best of the best. A very warm place in the winter season. We felt at home.

Our 2nd time staying in this cabin and it was a great place! The location is close to town which was perfect for a girls weekend!

Had a wonderful time, just a few issues with the cabin, like beds not so comfortable, at least for us and definitely could use bigger hot water heater for the amount of people that stayed (9) Beautiful cozy cabin.

Overall happy . Needs some new furniture and a larger tv in living area. Be sure to provide guests with the correct login and password for internet. We were given incorrect info. Found the information a day later on the modem.

The cabin was quickly accessible from the parkway, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Houses were very close together, but the abundance of trees made for a fairly private setting. Unfortunately, the king-sized bed frame in the basement bedroom was broken and the mattress/springs would fall through to the floor if you moved in the bed. The upstairs hide-a-bed did not work (we had an engineer in our group who tried to make it work with no luck) even if we used the instructions that were tagged to it. The legs on it were also close to breaking off, so I'm not sure we would have been comfortable using it even if we had been able to get it to work. My son had to sleep on the floor one night and used the sofa the other two nights, so we had 8 guests, as the cabin was supposed to accommodate, but did not have beds for 8 to sleep comfortably. Most of the rocking chairs on the lower deck seemed unstable, the televisions were old (though we didn't use them so it didn't matter to us). The battery seemed low in the door lock. We were concerned that we would leave and the battery would be dead when we got back and we wouldn't be able to get back in. For a cabin that sleeps so many people, there wasn't enough living space to gather. There's no way 8 people could sit in the living room. We had beautiful weather, however, so we did enjoy the outdoor decks. The kitchen was fully furnished with appliances, cookware, and dishes for us to enjoy several meals there.
Manager Response:
We have inspected the king bed on the lower level and found it to be stable since it has legs in the center to help support the mattress. The unit has enough sleeping for 8 as advertised with three regular queen size beds and one full futon. The small sleeper sofa on the main level provides extra sleeping space and has extra legs to complete the bed. We are happy to assist guests with this if they need help. Seating on the decks consists of four rocking chairs on the lower level that are stable, and three chairs on the upper level as well as a love seat and coffee table. All of the TVs are older, but all have a good picture and working condition. We did change the batteries in the lock.

Very clean cozy cabin. Three floors to spread out so it gave tons of room for our family. This location is perfect in pigeon forge. So close but still far enough from the traffic. The cleaning staff is amazing! The cabin was spotless and plenty of supplies were given for a 4 day stay. We would stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful. The bedroom on the main floor was right but all of the bedding was very comfortable. Location was amazing. Very close to town but still private. Look forward to staying there again.

It's really a wonderful place to stay...

The cabin was nice and clean, the microwave had issues and the pool table needs to be reconfigured so there is room to play. Otherwise it was a nice mid sized Cabin and we enjoyed our stay there.
Manager Response:
There is a new microwave in the home, and we have provided two shorter pool cues to work around the tight spaces. Thank you!

My extended family and I stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights. Cabin appears much larger in pictures than it is in real life. My kids enjoyed the pool table and hockey table, well the big kids did too ;) The pool table was hard to maneuver around, bc the stick kept hitting the wall, due to the size of the space. We had no issues with smells. The garbage was not taken out by the cleaning crew, prior to our arrival, but it hasn't been there long enough to make the house smell bad. The hot tub water was pretty murky, don't know when the last time it was changed. Beds were comfy, there was not enough blankets or towels. I know, we have a big family, however, there was no washcloths, there was 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels located in each bathroom. It was conveniently located close to the main drag. There was parking enough for 2 cars. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would def recommend staying in this cabin.
Manager Response:
Housekeeping had a meeting to cover the oversights mentioned in this review so they are more mindful of trash, the hot tub, and the proper linen count. Shorter pool sticks have been provided to make it easier to play in the tight areas around the pool table. Thank you!

We did not spend much time in the cabin but when we were there, it was nice to wind down. We all enjoyed the hot tub, esp after a long day walking around. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was. The kids were on the bottom floor which was great because they had their own space, leaving the adults to be able to have some quiet time. The community was very nice and although we did not swim at the pool, it was a great looking pool. Thanks for the memories.

Unless there are 2-3 families to defray costs.. clean yes...great location
Denise . Apr 2017
This was disappointing. The cabin is nice looking and clean but had maintenance issues. The fireplace was fixed on day 2 so we were happy about that but the wet carpet and musty smell was disgusting. I called vacasa 2 times about that. The first time they dried up the floor and sprayed disinfectant. They didn't fix the leaking pipe so we were back to wet, smelly carpet within 24 hours. I called again and never heard back from them.

We had a party of 7 staying in the cabin. We found the bedrooms to be sufficient and just right for everyone to have their own space. There were some water spots on the floor in the basement carpeting that would not dry up. I'm not sure what they were from, but they did not intrude on our stay at all. The kitchen had adequate supplies for the cooking that we did. If you are going to run the dishwasher more than twice, I suggest bringing some detergent with you. We found the hot tub to be clean and very enjoyable. Overall, we had an excellent stay in the cabin and would use it again. Highly recommend!
