New, simple home w/ shared grilling area & red rock views - near downtown!

Surround yourself with the red rocks of Moab at this simple and comfortable Utah retreat, a three-bedroom manufactured home with a well-equipped interior, a shared grilling area, and a fantastic location close to downtown and Arches National Park.

Built in 2017, this single-level manufactured home is one of seven in a small community on the outskirts of Moab - the perfect getaway for an outdoorsy family, a group of friends, or multiple couples. You'll be within sight of the famous red bluffs, two miles south of shops and restaurants in downtown Moab, seven miles south of Arches, and 32 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.

Step inside the living space to find an open floor plan, brand new furnishings, and all the comforts of home. Return from a fun-filled day of mountain biking or river rafting to cool off in the central air conditioning, rest your legs on the leather sofa, and post a few photos of your adventures on the in-house WiFi.

Get the communal gas grill going outside and make a few simple preparations for dinner in the full kitchen. This handy space features wood cabinetry, standard appliances, and even a few extras like a blender and a dishwasher to make mealtime (and cleanup) all the easier. Sit down for dinner at the dining table for four, or head outside to catch the sunset at one of the shared bistro tables.

After a day spent hiking through Arches, you can throw your dusty clothes in the private washer/dryer and settle in on the sofa for family movie night. Scroll through the cable offerings on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or use the Blu-ray player to log into your Netflix account.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Moab home will accommodate 10 guests. You'll find one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with a full-size bunk bed. Additional amenities include a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a communal bike repair/wash station outside.

Whether you're traveling to Utah for an outdoor adventure or a reunion with friends and family, you'll enjoy the simple comforts of desert living in Moab. From this quiet, dead-end street, you'll be just seven miles from the entrance to Arches - a gorgeous place to photograph the sunrise or gaze in wonder at Delicate Arch, Landscape Arch, and Balanced Rock.

Take a day to raft the Colorado River, or explore its spectacular handiwork in Canyonlands - the home of the Needles, Island in the Sky, Horseshoe Canyon, and Cataract Canyon. Go hiking in Dead Horse Point State Park 32 miles east, or work on your mountain biking skills on the Slickrock Bike Trail just four miles north.

You'll always remember the time you spend in the Utah desert - book your escape to Moab today!

We really enjoyed staying at this place! It was very clean and big!
The only Thinge we did not like this much was the location of the habitation

everything that I need was there.

Home was very clean and well stocked. It had enough room to accomodate my family of seven. It was also very close to town and a very good value for the price. It is perfect for a family that is coming down to go rafting or any outdoor activity. I was very pleased.

Plenty of room for 6 guys to clean up, cook, relax and crash after long days of motorcycle riding.

This place was the perfect location! My friends and I were on a road trip visiting Canyonlands and Arches national parks. It was a lovely place for a fantastic price, and we were able to utilize the kitchen to cook as well. I highly recommend it to anyone with a big group visiting the area!

We slept well and had a good breakfast; well provisioned, nice and clean despite strange setting. Had a great stay and would go again.

Accommodations were great ... location was quite questionable. Fortunately, we were doing activities so did not need a view, etc.

Our group got into Moab in the evening and just needed a simple place to sleep for one night after 3 days of riding bikes and camping. The beds are very comfortable and surprisingly didn't have much for noise issues. Still fairly convenient to town although a little further south of downtown than I would've liked (but aware when made booking). Bike wash station location behind the units was awesome. The blue chairs are not that comfortable. Would still consider staying again.
