The house had a nice long view, was clean, light, and airy, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Perfect amount of room for 6 adults. Only drawback was the lack of curtains for privacy and to block the bright morning sun in the front. Also would love a small speaker system to play music. Otherwise, a nice spot for a weekend getaway, with both Morro Bay and Cambria short distances away. We visited the town of Harmony, picnicked at Stolo vineyards (20 min drive), kayaked at Morro Bay and took nice walks through Cayucos town and beach.
The house is really well laid out. It’s very beautiful and very clean. There are many bedrooms and even a downstairs. It’s located in a great spot and we just loved our time.
This home comes with everything you need for a great family get away. One of the best views and a short walking distance to everything.
This was our first visit to Cayucos and our first time using Vacasa... overall, a great experience. The house had a four-day minimum, which was not ideal since we only needed three, but the rate for four days still made it work out well for us.
We had 5 adults and 2 teens, and there was room for everyone. The deck looking out over the bay is amazing. If you like to cook, this is the place to stay - I've never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a rental property.
I would definitely stay again. As an aside, this is a great town for a get-away... we drove up to see the elephant seals, stopped in Cambria for lunch, had one dinner in Morro Bay, visited glass-blowing in Harmony - all very close. And, the town and pier is very walkable from the house.
This visit was our 6th year. We range in ages from 6yrs to 75 yrs. We enjoy fishing, golfing, surfing and board games at night. This year we had a fire on the beach to make smores. The view is amazing and so peaceful. It is great family time for us and we look forward to it every year. The house has everything you need. Enjoy.
the location is amazing - house is clean and well furnished - great view.
Nice, spacious Home with wslkable proximity to the beach. Wonderful deck in which to enjoy the beautiful view.
We loved this house for our beach vacation in Cayucos. Great view. Located right next to a very quiet RV park. Communication from Vacasa was excellent. Very well stocked kitchen with all the needed tools.
Super happy place to spend time. It was a rainy/stormy weekend and we were concerned about spending so much time indoors, but the great views and large windows made for a great weekend. Easy walk to down town
There were 6 women that stayed the seaglass festival weekend...we could not
be more pleased with the location...almost directly across from festival and town!
We parked our cars on Friday and never had to move them again until we left on Sunday....So no worrying about parking during a busy weekend!
This house is very well appointed and equipped to handle a large party. We were a group of 8 adults and had no problems with sleeping or bathing. The home is well appointed with kitchen equipment, linens and all other house hold items. The view is outstanding and there is beach access directly across the street.
Cayucos is a wonderful town with many things to do either there are well within reasonable driving distance. Our group has been coming here for 7 years now and this was our first stay in this home but we hope to be able to use this home for our future stays as well.
My 5 year old granddaughter summed up our stay "This feels like home"
We enjoyed our stay very much: very clean, cosy, pretty, well-equipped house with a tremendous view and on the edge of a charming beach/holiday town with great restaurants and antique shops.
Very good location, private, didn’t need to worry about late night noise. The view from patio was excellent
Great property, great location, great view!
Absolutely wonderful..comfortable, million $ view, convenient. We want to come back. Marilyn Foreman and cousins. (slept 8 comfortably)
Our group enjoyed our stay tremendously for the second time at this house. It's great. 360 N. Ocean is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Can't go wrong to rent this house.
We attending a wedding at the Cass house and had our family join us at the house for 2 nights. 6 adults and two children. With the 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked out very well. Especially enjoyed the view from the deck and the master bedroom. One of the best in the area for sure.

I think the person who rents this house should be the first to contact to see if they want it the same week the following year before they open it up for others. All the others week rentals in cayucos and morro bay have had this policy.
