• Pool heat costs $40/day and the reservation must be a minimum of 3 nights. Heat only offered from October 31st-April 30th.

• 2 dogs , weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There is an entryway and driveway camera to monitor the coming/going of the property, they can not view any portion of the property where there is an expectation of privacy.
