The location was excellent. Short walk to beach, yummy food, Duval St, and Southernmost Point. Loved the pool for a quick dip, outdoor grill, and blender to use. Cold AC, hot shower.

There were things I loved and things I didn’t like. There was plaster falling from the ceiling I’m between the boards. The walls were “unfinished” supposed to be cottage like except that the plaster kept falling. The bathroom ceiling had a water stain which for over $600 for two nights is kinda not cool. The bathroom cabinet was old and worn. And the room smelled weird. Oh the washer and dryer were in a shed and not all the settings worked. 🤣

But there were things we loved too. It was private, the pool was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with exactly what we would need, we had a private patio and it was super close to all the best stuff.
Manager response:
Hi, KareLin! Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. The washer and dryer are in the process of getting repaired, and the property manager will be inspecting the unit to address your other concerns. We hope to see you again!

The location was great and the pool was super refreshing. Would stay again!

Looks just like the photos. Clean and easy to access. Very close to southernmost point and Southernmost Inn for a drink. I’d stay here again next time I visit.

Everything was great. Cute place clean place and walking distance to most places. I would stay here again.

My only small, tiny compliment is that if there are other guest staying, and they are hanging out by the pool and are being loud, you will hear them through the walls.

un peu galère à trouver...

We really enjoyed being at the south end and loved the balcony-the beds were comfy though the rooms were small and the shared bathroom occasionally awkward(though these were not a suprise), very clean and we were allowed early access at no extra charge which was hugely helpful

Loved the place it was perfect for our vacation. They had everything needed, and it was comfortable, also there is a hair dryer and full length mirrors (which I didn’t see in description).
The 2 small issues we had were the uncomfortable sofa bed (suggestion to management would be to get a memory foam and thick mattress topper) and the gate code lock, which was changed at some point, but they didn’t tell us. Once we inquired they did write back immediately and informed us of the new code.
We loved the pool area a great amenity and the walkability to everything! Awesome Cuban coffee right across the street!
Great little kitchen fully equipped and plenty of towels! :)

We would stay again it was a great value.

Had no issues with the place and it was in a great location.

Great location, near the southernmost point. Easy walking distance to all the things to do in Key West. Very comfortable unit, loved the palm trees providing privacy to the deck. Will definitely go back!

Condo was exactly as it showed. Within walling distance of all the action, but far enough away from all the noise. A parking spot near condo is not easy to find.

Stayed here with my mom and Aunt to celebrate her 60th birthday. Location provides easy access to everything. Separate from the super busy points, but close enough to walk or bike to them. Having laundry on-site was great. Nice kitchen, but no condiments or salt/pepper, etc. So plan accordingly if you are making any meals.

Great Location.
Enough comfort for 4 people.
Really nice back yard with in ground pool.
Looking to go back next year.

The condo was a great place to relax and meet a small group of others. Very convenient to Southernmost Point and Duval Street. Nice walk to the opposite end of Duval, but found there is a bus to catch for No Charge only tips to take you on the loop to downtown! Sleeping quarters very comfortable and pool very nice. The condo looks exactly as posted. Would stay again!

this was the first time i booked thru a VRBO so i was very nervous. There were 4 of us and this was a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom house on 2nd floor. It is very adorable but a few things stuck out..every picture on the wall was crooked, there were only 3 chairs at kitchen table and the couch could only fit 3 people..again very small but the 4 of us were fine..they did not leave us towels one day..and when we ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day was quite surprised that i had to purchase my own toilet paper and paper towels..I think the amount of money people spend they at least can provide toilet paper. other then stupid little things we enjoyed the house a lot..the community pool was fine and quiet..You get to meet new people all the time. we only had one house that had a child and he was we really enjoyed the pool. the location was are literally less then 3 blocks from the southern most point..we rented bikes all week which we are so glad we did versus walking or hoping on /off bus...we went to corner cuban store to buy some groceries which turned out to be very expensive but stopped in CVS which was down street few blocks at end of week and relized we could have bought everything we needed for much cheaper. the weather was awesome and other then few things in the house we had a great time and would go back again
Manager response:
We appreciate the guests feedback. Vacasa provides a starter pack of items such as toilet paper and paper towels, this information can be found once a reservation is made or on our FAQ page. Our local staff has since straightened the pictures and is discussing purchasing a new dining set with the owner to accommodate more people and reflect the comfortable occupancy.

We loved the place. Perfect location and amazing service by Vacasa.

We were under the impression the homes where we stayed were for adults only and were not happy when a family with 2 small children showed up and the parents allowed the kids to use the pool with out supervision. If you need to do laundry you have to time it around the maids washing towells and bedding. The air condition didn't work in one of the bedrooms and if your a wine drinker your in luck because there were plenty of wine glasses but only a few water glasses.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see there were some disappointments with this visit. Key West is a very family friendly town, and children are allowed to use the group pool if their rental is part of the compound. We have added more glassware to the home and are actively fixing the air conditioner. Thank you!

Great location with a beautiful deck in the front of the property sitting up in the beautiful palm trees. The pool was tucked away and very clean.
I would stay here again but feel it's a bit small if you are vacationing with more than 2 people.

Good location, very convenient to Southernmost Point, but a good walk to Mallory Square. Clean and comfortable unit. It is on a busy street (South Street) and can be a little noisy at times (although not a problem). Could use one more chair for the table (only 3 provided). Two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably, but must share bathroom. Shared pool area was ok, but could be updated. Staff was very friendly.
John M. Feb 2018
Lovely balcony with view of palm trees. Nice kitchen. Sweet pool shared by a few other cottages. Gas grill available near the pool. Five minute bike ride to excellent community pool with view of the ocean. Perfect location for biking to restaurants, Fausto's Market, Eaton Street Fish Market and Higgs beach.

Having previously lived in Key West, I was quite familiar with the area. This home is in a great location, close to everything! Just keep in mind that if you aren't used to the hustle and bustle of a city, it might be a bit noisy, as there is plenty of bus, scooter, pedestrian and regular traffic alike. That being said, it's a beautiful home and the grounds were nice and clean. The beds were comfy, great shower, and nice kitchen where we prepared at least a few meals. I would definitely consider renting this property again on a return visit! Thank you Vacasa!

We've stayed at this property before and enjoyed it; so we didn't expect this to happen....when we arrived at the property late in the afternoon, the keys didn't work for the outer gate. Fortunately, one of the two gates was broken (Great security!), so we were able to get in. The next morning, the power was out--no coffee, no breakfast, no hair dryer for my wife. That morning, the first morning of our first full day; a crew showed up and started digging up the path between our apartment and the pool to repair a broken pipe. So, we didn't have access to the pool or the pooldeck for two-of-the-four days of our stay. That was a main attraction to the property, but at least we could read and relax on the balcony. That is, until the drills started up. The plumbers had to use drills on the pipes that they were fixing. That lasted a full day-and-a-half. Meanwhile in the apartment, a strip of flooring peeled up. We could easily step over it, but it was a nuisance, since it was between the kitchen and den. The coffee pot leaked coffee all over the kitchen; so, when we made a pot of coffee; we had to mop up spilt coffee in the kitchen. I registered my complaints to Vacasa and received a very nice: "We hope you have a great vacation" e-mail, but no further response. Considering what we paid for the accommodations, we were not impressed with the facility or the rental company.
Manager response:
We sincerely apologize for the issues this guest experienced. The gate has been repaired and we have taken care of the loose flooring. We also apologize for the construction that ended up occurring during this visit.
