****10 STARS**** I was very skeptical of this house after reading the mixed reviews. But after paying almost $1500 it was too late to get a refund !! Upon arrival the door was a little difficult to open, but that was my fault ( you have to turn the lock first then open the door) the house was UPDATED AND BEAUTIFUL INSIDE so much SPACE for my LARGE family! 2 large living areas with areas to relax and chill, there’s a TV in each living room. downstairs is like its own little apartment only missing the stove. They provided laundry soap and dryer sheets plenty of sleeping areas plenty of towels. The backyard was nice and fenced and beautiful. There was a hot tub that appears in the photos which is definitely misleading because the hot tub is not available for use!! The kitchen has a lot of different dishes and cooking wear to use I think overtime everyone’s kind of left something there so it’s all random stuff, but it definitely worked out for our four day stay and we cooked every single meal!! the binoculars in the kitchen are an absolute plus it was so cool to sit at the kitchen window and just look out into the ocean! The fridge is nice and big plenty of room. The views are phenomenal waking up to watch the sunrise at 7 AM from the back balcony to watching the sunsets at the front window hearing the ocean waves and the fog horn from the lighthouse is all around the experience we were looking for. We were offered a later checkout time with a small fee of $68 instead of checking out at 10 AM on our departure day. We were able to check out at 2 PM instead, which is completely worth it! the one bed upstairs in one of the smaller rooms is really noisy and uncomfortable Other than that all the other beds were fine. The master bedroom is beautiful. The bathroom is phenomenal offering a Jacuzzi tub that works great. Me and my family had a great time and we will be back!!!! Don’t let the misleading reviews change your mind about this house. I promise you it’s worth it. It’s beautiful inside!!! We are happy we went!!!
