Nice area better to have a car if you’re there everything’s too far to walk to. they did not leave enough toiletries, i.e. toilet paper or paper towels or laundry soap , they ask you to wash the sheet, but there is no soap We have trouble with the hot water. The person that was helping us was very helpful although we still had issues with the water the whole time we were there sometimes it was hot. Sometimes it was not sometimes it was only cold water in the kitchen. The shower in the bedroom with the two queens barely got hot master bedroom didn’t get hot so that’s something they should check out.

Ground floor room and location is perfect with kids (don’t let the location being across the road slow you down). Vehicles were loud at times being so close to the road, but normal traffic wasn’t noticeable. No vending we could find, so only places to purchase drinks and snacks were by the main pool at tower 1. Room is in “back” of resort from entry gate, but the closest to the gate, shower, and beach access, which is just across the road. Option to be picked up/dropped off at locations near your room or any amenity within the resort that you’re visiting. Pools are easy to access (and the pool closest is heated). The pedestrian bridge makes the large main pool and splash pad easy to walk to, or can use the tram service. These were not heated and even colder than the ocean (or at least while we were there), but at a warmer time of year this wouldn’t have mattered. Splash pad is gated by itself, so littles can’t just get over to the pool. Beach was great and the access takes you to a less crowded part of the beach with the larger towers being further down. We didn’t use the chair/umbrella service, but it was available. Washer/dryer/kitchen/beds/bathrooms were all great. If you plan to cook much, bring your own pans etc. If back in PCB, we would definitely return to the resort and stay in this room again.

The room was just like the pictures. Everything was clean and decorated well. Plenty of dishes and cookware for those lazy nights in or for breakfast in the mornings.
