A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
-Due to Hurricane Sally destruction, the west building at the Summerwind Condominium will be undergoing extensive construction including the replacement of the roof and ALL unit's sheetrock repair.
-The roof construction is due to begin on 4/16/2021 and should continue for approximately 16 days. During this process, there may be days that require work to be done with a jackhammer. The contractors are permitted to work from 8 am to 5 pm. There will be a crane stationed on the property which will mean reduced parking options and limited access to the property. Parking and property entry will of course still be available to our guests.
-Once the roof construction is complete, EACH AND EVERY unit's interior Sheetrock repair is due to begin. Unfortunately, we do not have a set date as to when they will begin the sheetrock repair, weather will be a large factor in setting a start date. Once it has begun it will take about 3 weeks. The contractors will need access to the unit 3 to 4 times a day.

Parking Notes: Guests may park in the parking lot. Parking passes are optional and can be obtained from the HOA office if desired. HOA office is located in the 1st tower (far left).
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
