no its not downtown oldtown park city.... but frankly who cares. It's a short drive and for what you get (2bd/2bth, balcony, etc.) its a really good option at the price. We stayed here for a week and worked during the day (never had any wifi issues, multiple devices, video calls etc.) and had access to all kinds of really good bike routes actually even closer to Kimball Junction than Park City (Snyderville, Round Valley, etc.). Overall great value would stay again.

The location is great. The kitchen was well stocked, this place is cozy and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall the condo was fine, it was really hot while we were in town (3 weeks) and beware no A/C! Wasn't unbearable, but during the day it was very hot in condo, nights were cooler, thankfully we were gone most days. We normally come in the winter to ski and stay in another canyon. This location was good and central to hiking and SLC. There is plenty of free public transportation and so much to do outside!
The Powderwood condos need updating, decks are falling apart and the pool only had 6 old chairs to sit in. The exercise room was a joke!!! A small room with a few pieces of old broken equipment and 1 free weight. We joined the Basin Recreation Center across the street in Red Stone, nice facility and friendly staff. There was a lot of yelling and loud music in the middle of the night, not all nights but enough to be bothersome.
We had a few issues with condo and Vacasa was quick to help. I liked dealing with them.
The condo inside is nice and comfy, appliances are older and could use updating. But overall it was ok.
The surrounding area with hiking trails, bike trails and restaurants is great! If you like the outdoors Utah is wonderful!!!
Hi Christine, thank you for your feedback. We have passed your feedback along to our local staff, and we will look into making any updates necessary to maximize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. We hope to host you again soon!

Clean and well stocked apartment. It was hot and air conditioning would have been nice but fans were there to use. Parking was easy and being close to the outlets was helpful.

We had everything we could need from kitchen supplies, laundry, soap, linens, X pillows, even a sled!
Great location-15 min drive to the slopes, good restaurants and shopping in our neighborhood and a reserved, covered parking spot
Beds were a little on the firm side but otherwise well definitely rent there again!

Cozy condo with outlet stores right across the street.

This condo at the Powderhorn complex was a quaint little place that was close to shopping and convenience for getting groceries for your stay. Public transportation was also close, but we didn't use it. Great base for exploring around the area from Jordanelle state park and surrounding forest

Comfortable and convenient to ski hill

Definitely sleeps three adults. The bed in the smaller room will fit only one larger person. Appliances are all good.

Very nice experience. The condo was great. Makes you feel like you are home.

We had a great time ... location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed .... only draw back, is that it does not have AC ..... but the nights are cool so it helps

Walking distance to the outlets and a quick drive to Main Street…condo was comfy and nicely outfitted.

I rented this unit to ski for a few days. It's about 10 min from the mountain and very close to the grocery store. Very spacious. The beds and amenities such as internet and cable were great!

Derick L.Jul 2016

I wasn't sure about this place when we booked it online, but it was in our price range, so I decided to give it a shot. Not only was it clean and spotless, but it was so cute and spacious enough for my group. The surrounding scenery was gorgeous and it was so quiet there, especially at night! We loved it and will most definitely stay again!

We thought the condo was very nice for the price. It had everything we needed.
Charlotte E.Mar 2016
Comfortable, quite, very close to Park city/Deer valley. Everything that one needs for living is there. Teflon pans were in very poor condition. Overall great experience.

The property is smallish, but comfortable. Location is ok if you have your own transportation, but not convenient if relying on bus, etc - 45 minutes to downtown Park City. Canyons ski area is about a 10 minute self drive, Park City about 20 minutes. Hot tub was broken. TV quality only OK. Good internet service. Would be nice to have a pull out couch. Inflatable bed pump required 12 hour pre charge - not ideal.
