NEW LISTING! Modernist home overlooking pinot vines on Sonoma County's Wine Road

The WineCamp concept is rooted in the rural ambiance of working local vineyards and craft breweries. This wine and beer-themed property is not suitable for children.

Adults, it’s your turn to luxuriate in sleek modern architecture right in the heart of California's original wine country - the Russian River Valley. This purpose-built residence offers indoor/outdoor living at it best. Conceived as the ideal space for two adult couples, the spacious dual master suites are separated by gracious open-plan living areas that flow seamlessly through multi-panel sliding walls of glass onto the covered terrace and vineyards beyond.

Live like a grape! Known for warm days and cool nights, the Russian River Valley AVA is considered the perfect climate for both chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, but you might prefer sipping your award-winning wine by cranking the air conditioning and ceiling fans to beat the mid-day sunshine. Conveniently located to downtown Santa Rosa, WineCamp offers easy access to 100’s of wineries and the New Russian River Brewing Campus opening fall 2018 in nearby Windsor Town.

The expansive single-level floor plan is furnished in a unique and eclectic mix of mid-century modern favorites and comfortable contemporary pieces. Warm-hued fabrics, distressed wood, soft leather, and concrete are punctuated with playful pops of color. Original art and artifacts add to the true couture vibe of the professionally designed interior. You will also appreciate the high-quality bedding, pillows, comforters, free WiFi, Amazon Fire TV, and separate laundry room.

The fully appointed chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Master Chef cookware, Wusthof knives, and all the goodies. Come home from a day of visiting wineries/breweries, shopping, or exploring to unwind on the terrace, where you can sear steaks on the gas grill while the golden hour sunshine illuminates the vines of Hartford Family’s Bellflower vineyard.

Although it required a bit of driving, it was nice to come back to house at the end of the day. We weren't intending on making dinners for ourselves, but we did two out of three nights because the space was inviting. We simply picked up wine, cheese, and a few groceries at the end of the day before returning "home".

We loved the layout of this home. It has two masters on opposite sides of the living area. We spent most of our time around the fire pit enjoying some of the wines from our days of tasting. Would definitely come back!

Fun modern new home. Great floor plan with 2 guest suites separated by the kitchen, living area and patio. Exceptionally clean, all the comforts of home and nice quality bedding, bath towels and finishes throughout. If you are going to Napa, you may want to find something closer. Had to pay extra charges to our driver and a long drive thru the mountains to get there. Much better location for Sonoma.

Amazing weekend in Santa Rosa. The house is a hidden gem with every little detail carefully planned; leaving a turnkey experience. Thank for a great stay, we hope to be back soon!

This was precisely what we were looking for. 2 masters perfect for two couples and a great location 20 minutes to Healdsburg. Vineyard views and huge doors that open to give the modern inside outside feel. House was well equipped except for no propane and broken outdoor fireplace. A hot tub would make it perfection but alas there is not one yet!
