WCV Upcoming Projects for 2022:
Mauka Pool Deck Replace: Beginning April 18, 2022, We will begin the demolition of the existing Mauka pool tile (main deck) and applying a new surface to the pool deck. This project is expected to take approximately 6 weeks to complete. Both the Pool & Jacuzzi will be closed during this time period. The Makai pool will be open. We are still working out the logistics for the BBQ’s at the Mauka Pool and will keep you updated as we get closer. The buildings surrounding the pool will have the most impact with noise and dust 11, 12, 13, 19, 20 & 21.
Phase II Irrigation Replace : Beginning in September work on Phase II of the irrigation system will begin. This project will take about 3 months to complete. There will be significant impact around the Buildings 8 thru 12, & Building 21 as they dig new trenching and replace irrigation systems. Expect noise & dust from the work.
