The crescent-shaped A-bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths, and ancient royal fishponds, all just five minutes away. A few minutes' drive north brings you to the world-famous Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and a black sand beach. You can also hike a mile south to explore the Waikoloa Petroglyph Reserve, stopping at the Queens' Marketplace and the Kings' Shops for a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. One of the area's top spots for a beachfront happy hour, the Lava Lava Beach Club, is less than two miles south as well.

Very nice, spacious unit with everything you need in a quiet community. The interaction with the management company was excellent. Plenty of gear for the drive to the beaches,plus, 2 bikes to cruise the neighborhood

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it: spacious, with beautiful mountain views and very clean/quiet. Great extras: 2 bikes suitable for teens/adults, boogie boards, snorkels/masks. The couch also folds out into an extra bed which was great for our family. It's a little far to walk to the beach (25 minutes?) but just a few minute drive and we never had problems with parking there. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The pool was nice, well kitted out, very clean,nice patio. Only issue is it was a long walk to a beach, but mostly we toured so not a problem for us. Foodland grocery just north is very good for supplies.

A very nice, roomy, comfortable condo in a nice quiet development. It was further away from the beach and shopping then we had anticipated. The master bedroom shower dripped and the TV was difficult to operate even for our teenagers. The condo association was slow in getting someone over to clean up some food garbage in the back yard. But all in all we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the unit to someone who wants space and has a car.

This home is spacious and sparkling clean and quiet and comfortable. The two pools in the complex are fabulous with grilling areas. The home is well stocked with beach and outdoor amenities. Thank you!

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet place away from tourists, this is your place. Beautiful townhouse within walking distance to a nice beach and the King and Queen’s shopping center. Complex landscaping is gorgeous.

This is truly a home away from home. Plenty of amenities included with this rental. All the beach utensils you can need and think of are included with this rental. If we are to come back to the big island we would definitely stay here again.
