Two couples rented this over the 2021-22 winter season. It was exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, small kitchen, large living room, walking distance to the ski resort (we drove but totally could have walked if we wanted to). I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at peak view before Christmas. The place is clean and spacious for my family of four. It was snowing for most of time during our stay, the cover parking helped a lot in this conditions. The kitchen appliances are outdated but functional, we were able to have most of our meals in the condo after skiing in Palisades Tahoe. We had to bring in some basic cooking essentials such as oil, spices. Not a big issue.

We had a lovely time at this Condo. It is very comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed the view and fireplace. If you are skiing you can see the runs and lifts at Squaw right out the window. Only negative is that the kitchen is very dated and pretty cramped, but it was totally usable and we cooked some nice meals. Would return.

Just finished up a couple nights stay at Peak Views. My husband and I decided to take a babymoon and thought Lake Tahoe would be a good option. We chose to stay at Peak Views due to the close proximity to the mountain, wood burning fireplace (who doesn’t love a fireplace overlooking the mountain) and price. This place was perfect! It’s a bit outdated, but it was very clean and cozy, and everything worked just fine. We loved having a fireplace! Would definitely stay again!

I was hoping to leave feedback for owner or manager, this is the only form I found for leaving info. Overall, great place with lovely views, good location, well furnished. When heating with central heat there was a gas smell that was quite noticable and made us nervous. On another note, it would be nice if there was some paper and kindling or other form of fire starter for the fireplace

At this time, we encourage guests to bring additional kindling to ensure the fireplace is usable for the entirety of a guest's stay. Thank you!
