Excellent condo, fit four people comfortably and could easily fit the maximum listed occupancy of six. Great location, <5 minute drive to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly Ski resort.

2 story House was cute and unique, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a couch bed. Heaters and gas fire place worked well to keep the home warm. Extra space heaters there if you need it. 1 parking spot was fine for us. Dog friendly which we really appreciated. Things to note: there are a few steps that can get a little slippery depending on the weather. Inside stairs are a little steep and old school. We brought a baby gate just in case for our toddler but outs didn’t fit well since the top and bottom rails were different depths so we couldn’t use it. Ended up not being a problem for us. Overall happy with the stay and would book again!

The town of Stateline sits, as its name suggests, on the border of California and Nevada, at the southeast shore of Lake Tahoe. Heavenly Ski Resort and Montbleu Resort & Casino are both in Stateline, making it a popular destination for every time of year. The California-side town of South Lake Tahoe is just a few miles across the state border.
