New Listing, Ski cabin at the summit, mountain views, & foosball table!

This beautiful family-friendly home has all of the modern amenities while still keeping that "cabin in the woods" feeling well alive. Mountain views are all around you and are easily visible through the tall windows that showcase snow in the winter and let in a lot of light in the summer. Downstairs is a great place to hang out with a small fridge, microwave, and separate TV for when the kids need to get away from the parents. Nothing will feel better than putting on clean ski gear from the dryer, letting the furnace spread the heat throughout, and soaking in the jetted tub to try to refresh your muscles after a day at the Pass. The living room area is another place to gather and you and your guests will simply love it! It's equipped with comfortable furnishings strategically placed near a flatscreen TV and a wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a coffee table and turns into a foosball table!

What's nearby:
You are less than half a mile from Summit Central, which boasts several runs - most of which are lit up for night skiing. Summit West is just a mile north while Summit East is just a little further south and features some great backside terrain. Finally, snowboarders heaven is at Alphental just over two miles north. In the summer, you can swim or fish at Keechelus Lake just a few miles away. Any time of year, you can visit Snoqualmie Casino, which not only features gambling but lots of comics, musicians, and incredible fine dining at Vista Prime Steaks and Seafood.

We loved this stay, the mountains all around, the feeling of relax in this cabin is great. They way this cabin was set up is super cozy.

Very close to outdoor summer fun... lots of beautiful lakes to explore. Very little food options nearby, so bring the groceries you'll need!

Great house, and location. Plenty of room and comfort inside. Snowy access might be difficult for some, but our family managed. Responsive host when needed. Recommend!

We loved this cabin. Location can’t be beat. Short walk to Central base. With all the snow and surrounding trees it felt more private. Yes, there was a bit of freeway noise, but this is to be expected due to its location. It was not distracting and better than other cabins closer to the freeway. The king bed upstairs was good. Washer and dryer in the entry way appreciated for wet ski stuff. Beautiful art work on the walls and the moose theme was cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the couches comfortable. The house was huge with three levels. The basement/game room downstairs would be a perfect place for kids to hang out while the adults socialize upstairs. The only negative was the one parking spot which was a bit challenging. Our Outback was OK but any longer vehicle would be difficult. Also, in snowy weather you definitely need 4WD, hence the set of chains by the front door labeled “use if stuck”. If you have extra cars, or are scared to park there, a note stated you can park in the central parking lot down the street and leave a note on the dashboard and not get towed. The walk around the house with luggage can also be a bit slippery but easy to pull the car right up to the front door and unload.

The cabin was everything we needed for a fun skip trip. Thank you!!!

Cozy and comfortable. Clean. Kitchen is lacking. Need 4wd. Disappointed that we weren't able to access game room for the first 2 days. Surrounded by other homes, so not as private as the pictures make it appear.
Manager response:
Thanks for staying with us, Julie! We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience you experienced accessing the game room. We try to include all pertinent information related to the home within the check-in email and encourage guests who need immediate assistance to call our 24 hour Guest Service line to have any errors promptly addressed during your stay. This home is the first home we have stayed in that is we felt was not as advertised. It sits by a very busy road and the highway. The photos with all the snow hide that very well. It is loud, and not private. The kitchen lacks bowls, the back burner on the stove does not work, and there are no cutting boards. We had several other issues that I will not bother to list. We left the home after the first night. This was our first disappointing stay with Vacasa.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenities lists and descriptions so guests can make an informed choice about what they are paying for and make the right decision for their needs. We strive to provide the best possible vacation experience for our guests, so a future stay credit has been provided for the inconvenience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again, in the future, for a much more enjoyable stay.

The location relative to the mountain, lake, waterfalls etc. is amazing. The house itself has a nice mountain cabin vibe and we enjoyed the coziness of the cabin. However, there were plenty of issues that need remedying. Door handles were missing, there was no cutting board or enough bowls/utensils in the kitchen, the coffee maker was a Keurig not a regular coffee pot and was not communicated so we were unable to make any coffee in the house. Had we known we would have brought all of these things with us. The downstairs shower needs to be fitted with a different style door. There were door handles that were loose or missing, carpet not completed in certain areas and the cleaning crew did not do a great job of deep cleaning and they left us with a full outdoor trash. These are a just a few. However, I would like to say that this is to hopefully improve the spot for the next group that goes up there. This place has potential it just needs some work.

This home was lovely! I needed a location near Snoqualmie for family visiting for a wedding. This cabin worked perfectly.

This cabin was definitely what we needed to accommodate our stay while visiting our son who’s stationed at JBLM. Cabin had everything we needed, was very clean the only thing missing was chairs to sit around the fire and more trash cans. Thanks for a wonderful stay and hopefully we will be back this winter.

A nice space for six people to spend a weekend.

Great house for a quiet stay on the pass, if you are looking for a great home in a perfect location for skiing this is it.
Brian J. Mar 2020
Beautiful home conveniently close to the summit Central. Great home layout for multiple people to be comfortable. I had a question but it was answered promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Nice home, conveniently located, nice and clean.
Rodd R. Mar 2020
We had an amazing time here. Great all the way around. As advertised and absolutely no complaints. Will definitely return.

Very close to the Summit Central base and within ½ mile of satisfying breakfast and dinner options. Wood burning firebox w glass door keeps living room toasty. A-frame design features tall windows viewing the woods. Only concern is the very heavy snow pile blocking access from tricky driveway to front entrance.

The location cannot be beat; we walked to and from Summit Central multiple times a day. The home was comfortable and suited our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Conifer Lodge is a beautiful, bright, and super-convenient cabin. It's a short walk or drive from services, skiing, and hiking. We were hiking in from the PCT, and really appreciated the washer and dryer! We cooked a lot while we were there, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee maker is a Kurig, but they do offer a refillable cup if you bring grounds like we did. The best part of the whole experience was the rental company. They were amazing to work with! They helped me with a special request, as well as when my check for the deposit was lost in the mail. Working with them was a great experience. The only thing to note with this cabin or any other cabin in this area is that you can hear noise from the freeway if you have the windows open. This might not be an issue in the winter, or if you aren't looking for a strictly serene experience. The cabin is very conveniently located to the slopes and services though, so again, perhaps not an issue.
