I already filled out the form at the cabin itself on Nov. 12. The reason for 4 stars was that the soaking tub was too dirty to use. The hedges need trimming to let in more light. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. If the owners installed a real hot tub, I would give all 5's.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. I am one who's very sensitive to sound and was shocked how quiet the entire neighborhood was. Only three passing cars presumably leavingfor and returning from work. Easiky located off hwy 101 yet neverheard hwy 101.

House was well appointed, clean, charming decor. Beds very comfy with temporpedic type mattresses and superb bedding and pillows. Yard is so well kept and has all sorts of lil nooks and such. We didbt partake in the outdoor tub however it looks inviting.

Only real 'comfy' place to sit was the cpuch. For me personally, I lovea comfy chair however couch was comfortable.

The firestick was great for viewing choices and wifi was strong. We only experienced one issue upon arrival with a door handle nearing falling off. I notified mgmt and they dispatched a maintenance person the next day and it was fixed whenwe returned.

Overall, we'd stay again in a heartbeat! Ut's a hidden lil gem and such a great access point to all the area has to offer.

Our stay at this little cottage was absolutely amazing. The bathtub outside was the perfect relaxing end to a day at the most beautiful beach a mere 10 minutes away. Games, jewelry making and a house to admire kept us occupied while we snuggled next to the fire. Thank you so much for inviting us into your home. We can’t wait for our next visit!

super cute cabin really tucked away in hills of Trinidad, nicely appointed full kitchen. We used the cabin as we explored the Redwood Forest; 20-40min to most trails.

This was an ideally located cabin where we stayed for 2 weeks. The town of Trinidad is less than 5 minutes drive, with several stunning beaches a few minutes' drive in any direction. The Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park is about 30 minute drive, so if you want both dramatic coastline and redwoods this is definitely the place to stay. The beds and linens were DIVINE. Super comfortable and felt very luxury. The house sits on the end of a very quiet street with no road noise or loud traffic. Neighbors were all quiet and the fenced in courtyard was very private. The property managers were extremely responsive and easy to contact. One night we had raccoons knock over our trash bins and scatter a week's worth of trash all over the yard. The property managers were there within an hour and had it all cleaned up and reinforced the bins. And, there were fresh eggs in the fridge when we got there and they were delish!!

Some reviews say the beach is within walking distance, and technically it is, BUT you're walking the entire way along a narrow two-lane road with no sidewalk. I was able to walk briskly to Moonstone Beach from the house in about 10 minutes as it was all downhill, but heading home was very steep and took easily 30 minutes since I stopped several times to catch my breath. I'm not in shape, so someone with better cardio might not find it too hard, but it's for sure not a leisurely stroll.

The house was nicely stocked with towels, appliances, soaps, dishes, basic spices and utensils. We didn't run out of anything and appreciated having the washer/dryer right there.

One issue was ants. There are signs about making sure food is put away and everything is wiped down, so we weren't surprised and if we had only stayed for 3-4 days it would have been no big deal. But, with our long stay we ended up putting even boxed food in the fridge. It was kind of a pain.

The layout and decor was a bit odd, but generally cozy. L

Absolutely loved staying at this cute little house. It was perfect for four of us . Took advantage of the kitchen and outdoor patio to enjoy my coffee in the morning. The gas stove was perfect to keep the place cozy on the chilly evening and mornings. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The amenities are great and love the attention to detail.
