This wonderfully decorated unit has warm Tuscan inspiration and an excellent view of the white sand beach and the gulf from the private balcony. The unit features two master bedrooms with beautiful upscale king beds, TVs and DVD players, ideal for two couples sharing a vacation. The dining area has a nice table seating up to six and extra seating by the breakfast bar. The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped and has the basic kitchen necessities you'll need to make home-cooked meals. The living room boasts a 32”flat panel TV, a DVD and a stereo system, large comfy sofas as well as floor to ceiling glass sliding doors overlooking intense green emerald gulf waters. Come and enjoy the luxury of this ideal setting at Unit A405 at the Majestic Sun! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Parking notes: Parking information: A parking garage is available for guests in both Majestic sun A building and Majestic sun B building. You will have 1 parking pass per bedroom left in the unit upon your arrival. Parking spots are not designated and are located in parking garage , and also around the property building. Please make sure the provided parking passes are clearly displayed as well as completely filled out to avoid a 25$ fine from the HOA. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Carpet was stained and needs replacement. Missing knobs on a couple of cabinets. Showers were old and run down. Overall, it was ok. Needs some renovations.

The view and location is amazing! We enjoyed the balcony very much. The condo was perfect for a family of 5. Only advice is to bring your own skillets. We tried to cook breakfast and couldn’t get the pancakes to not stick. Other than that this condo was great!

I felt as tho the carpets in this unit plus the area rug could have been cleaner.. there was also damage to the table n the dining area and the chairs appeared dirty.. the toilet handle was broke and I noticed the walls and doors were dirty .. i attempted to call maintenance but the call volumes were high and I nvr reached anyone... for the price I paid i I definitely wouldn’t stay here again
