THINGS TO KNOW
- Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
- The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
