The room and front facing staff were great!

Loved the room we stayed and the food from Home team restaurant is just fabulous. We will definitely visit again.

The suite has been recently and tastefully renovated with top of the line items. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room was well appointed. While the kitchen did not have utensils, I would not expect someone to be cooking there so understand completely. The suite is outfitted for someone to store or heat ready made items. The only suggestion I would make it that a combination safe be provided in the room. Wonderful location and suite. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a place to sleep while spending time in Aspen, room is decorated with a modern touch, it would be appreciated if the room had some kitchen utensils so that a family can have breakfast or a meal in the room. There was only few forks and spoons.
No mountain view from the balcony which we were looking forward to as this property is located at Butter mountain, instead we had a view of the parking lot and storage for bikes. Entrance had a unwelcoming smell, but it disappeared in the morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, we did use their free bus to the Gondola which was nice.

Hotel was nice, employee at front desk was not super friendly. Everything else was great.
