Recent Basalt vacation rental reviews

Loved this home. It was beautiful and clean (even being pet friendly). The location was perfect for enjoying Basalt and the local skiing! The only draw back is that the house is a bit noisy with two of the rooms being open the main area of the home. Also, the oven did not work which was not mentioned prior to checking in, and I did not get a response when I messaged our check-in person. Plenty of dining options in town and a toaster oven but would have been a disappointment if we'd wanted to cook a meal.

The house was right on the river and downtown was just across the bridge!

We hosted extended family for a weekend wedding in Aspen. Everyone had room to spread out and spent time together on back deck. Given the congestion of Aspen, we were happy to return to Basalt at the end of the day. We also enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and white water rafting
