This property has the best equipped kitchen that I have enjoyed in quite a while. The location, directly across the street from the beach allowed easy access and a nice ocean view.

We’ve stayed here before. Again, great place and the interior has been added to again. In addition, the place was spotless. A key was missing and the local property manager was on it. Highly recommended to anyone

When you are not on the beach, you have all of the modern amenities of a home. The creek running alongside the property with the wildlife is a nice touch to. My family and I will staying again soon.

Location, close to the beach. Comfortable accomodations.

Great location. Beach viewable from the cottage with easy access across the street. Quiet neighborhood. The funky 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage was for my family and a friend on vacation with us. Very comfortable.

Such a unique home. Older and eclectic made it feel like such a cozy retreat. Need to make sure the occupants of the 2nd king bed can safely climb a ladder to the loft. We truly enjoyed our time. Right across the street to way beach access. No rocks to climb over or stairs.

Charming cottage just across the street from the beach. Nice backyard. Kitchen unusually well stocked with pans and dishes.
Decorated and appointed with care but I agree with other reviews that sofa is a bit "tired" and carpet in hallway could use a good cleaning. Maybe label the thermostat as the fireplace trigger as we spent hours trying to figure it out.
Manager response:
Hi Sara, thank you for sharing your experience with us. It was our pleasure hosting you and we are glad you enjoyed your visit. We appreciate your suggestions for improvement and have shared them with our home manager. We confirm a carpet cleaning is scheduled soon. We look forward to hosting you again!

The house wasn’t up to my standards. The kitchen smelled like old fry oil, the oven was dirty, there was oil on some of the kitchen cabinets by the stove. The place was just dusty, there was a stain on the comforter in the master bedroom. Found garbage by the window seat and banana sticker on one of the blanket for the bunk beds. The downstairs bathroom smelled like body odor and they left clothing in the dryer. The flooring between the kitchen and the dining room is soft like it might cave in. The couch really needs to be cleaned. We have rented multiple time and have never had any problems. Very disappointed
Manager response:
Lincoln, we are so sorry that the home was not properly prepared for your arrival. We strive for a standard of excellence in cleanliness, and we are working closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that they are consistently preparing the home in accordance with our high standards. We hope you'll allow us another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional vacation. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We enjoyed our stay at this spotless and well stocked beach home, we loved the front ocean view .. only a few feet from the beach. The house is detailed decorated, cozy and very comfortable! Loved the rain shower heads! Will recommend with family snd friends and will rent again!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your labor of love Wecoma Creekside!. We would never have thought there could be anything any more unique than your other beach house next door Watavue. Incredible! Warm, cozy, fun, exciting, an adventure. We've been here three days and we're still finding buried treasure.

It's really great 👍to stay at the house. Everything is perfect for family. The house have lots space.. I recommend to everyone else.

As the other reviews have said carpet could use replacing and couch is not very comfortable. But the beds were comfy, clean, and it is such a bonus to be so close to the beach. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to run the spa bathtub. I also recommend trimming the tree out front so you could have more of an ocean view.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback, Sandra! We apologize for the condition of the carpets upon your arrival. Since your visit, we have had all the carpets replaced with new flooring. We have also had a landscaper come out and trim the trees as well as take care of the rest of the yard. We do apologize that these details weren’t taken care of prior to your arrival. We do hope to have another chance in the future to host you!
Laryssa S. Aug 2020
The house has been done up with really high end fixtures such as the amazing bath tub and showers, Viking stove and very well stocked kitchen. Literally steps across the street to the beach! Beds were super comfy. All the decorations and lights were lots of fun.
Something to note the second king bed is in a loft that requires climbing a steep ladder through a small opening. My boys loved the loft, but it might not be for everyone. The bunk beds shown are not for sleeping according to the sign there.
The carpet and upholstery were noticably soiled.
The most frustrating thing is the small tree/bush that almost completely blocks the ocean view from the front windows and porch. Please trim that tree and you'd be able to watch the sunset from the front porch!
Manager response:
Hi Laryssa! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this valuable feedback! We apologize that a few details were amiss during your stay with us. Since your departure, we have had the carpets replaced with new flooring. We have also had the yard and trees trimmed and spruced up so that future guests can enjoy all that the home has to offer! We do hope that you'll consider us again in the future!

This house has a lot to love. It is our second time staying in this home but our first while managed by Vacasa who just took it over. The kitchen is small, but built for a chef with a super nice 36” Viking stove with griddle. Great pots and pans as well. This house also has nice custom furnishings, comfortable beds, and amazing waterfall showers. Best of all, the home is just steps from the beach. So easy to visit the beach everyday for a few minutes or hours. The house has beach toys for the kids and rain gear if you need it. There is a wonderful bay window where you can sit and read for hours. The house is cool enough if you open the windows to let the breeze through.
These pros definitely outweigh the wear and tear the home is starting to show - although a few things should be addressed. We had to have a sink unclogged and a number of bulbs were burned out (one room only had one working bulb). The outdoor shower has tape around it that is falling off. The cabinets in the kitchen are taped with some white tape that is dirty and falling off - and it looks kind of ... unsanitary. We shared our bathroom with some friendly ants and in the same bathroom, the master tub diverter (for the shower head) does not work. The outdoor furniture could use a good cleaning. Some of the windows don’t open because the handles had fallen off or were stripped. The carpet may be in its final days for good use and is white so it shows the love the house has see. The entire house could use a deep clean. The sheets had a hard time staying on the beds for some reason and feathers were coming out of the comforters. The couch needs to be replaced. It is no longer comfortable (but it was the last time we stayed there a few years ago). The house says it sleeps 8, but there are only three beds (room for 6). The bunk beds have a sign on them saying they cannot be used. The third bed is in a loft and can only be accessed via a ladder so best if older kids/teens sleep up there. You also cannot stand up in the loft so...another reason to make sure it’s kids up there.

With all that said - still a very nice stay. Comfortable, very close to the beach, beautiful historic home, that just needs a little attention. We would definitely stay here again, especially if they update some items in the home.
Manager response:
Thanks for the review, Autumn! We're sorry to hear that the home was in this condition upon your arrival as we are always striving to provide the best experiences for our guests. Since your stay, we have had the home deep cleaned and repaired all the cabinets. We apologize that these details weren't taken care of prior to your stay with us. We do hope that we have another chance in the future to impress you!

We loved the beach access!!! The home had lots of charm!
Sharon T. Jul 2020
This house was in a beautiful location and it was very unique with some very fun decorations. The bathrooms were very nice.
I have to be honest the home was not clean and I was very disappointed that the description of where the beds are was not accurate. It says that it has two kings and a queen but there are really only two bedrooms because one king bed is in the attic that you have to access by a ladder that is not comfortable for adults and would not be good for small children because it would be a little dangerous. This attic room is also not tall enough to stand. The furniture (which was only an L-shaped sofa was extremely uncomfortable and that was the only seating except for the dining chairs and a window seat. The sofa needs replaced!!
We spent much of our time in the only big bedroom on the bed watching the small tv. This home is overpriced and the cleaners should be checked up on as it is not being cared for well.
Manager response:
Sharon, thank you for staying with us. While we are glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and decoration of the home, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cleaning and bed arrangements. We have passed your feedback to our local staff and the homeowner so we can continue to make our homes the best they can be. We hope you will give us a chance to host you again!

What a great place to stay! We will absolutely be back. Beach access is the name of the game and this one is top notch. We loved it.

I love Wecoma Creekside for many reasons. One of my favorite parts of the house is the comfortable window seat where I enjoy drinking my morning coffee, working, and/or reading. Each room and bathroom have the most charming and beautiful details. Also, the beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. I enjoy having lunch or a drink on the porch before or after going for a long walk. The house is just a few steps from the beach and I can go barefoot to enjoy a walk, the sunrise, and the sunset. I recommended this house not only for its beauty but also for the comfortable spaces it offers to relax and enjoy the ocean. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

`We have stayed in this house so many times and what we love the most is how unique everything is. I love the kitchen, I so much enjoy cooking there, all the pots and pans are All Clad and you can find all the gadget for cooking. This is the best beach house on the Oregon coast I have stayed at for a family reunion or friends gathering. It has everything, great ocean view, 50 steps to the sand, 7 miles of walkable beach, unique and whimsical local art. The house has killer library with gas fireplace, beds are comfortable, the hot tub is great. So many memories here. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at both Watavue and Wecoma Creekside in Lincoln City. The owners clearly have spared no expense in these warm and welcoming homes. They are beautifully laid out and provide fantastic utility with everything you could want in the bathrooms and kitchen during your weekend or (in our case) weeklong stay. We`re going to come back as often as we can, and we recommend these homes to all our friends! `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Wecoma Creekside is that truly rare kind of place we can`t wait to visit again! The soothing and beautiful garden area is just feet from the beach where we loved to go for long walks! The artistic and nautical touches from the unique `jacks` dining table to the ladder in the chief engineer`s room are everywhere! One of the most fun things about our vacation was continuously discovering them during our stay! We fell in love with the place and can`t wait to visit again! `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Nestled next to a little creek, the charm of this wonderful little house makes you immediately feel at home. The gourmet kitchen invited us to whip up our favorite foods and make a cake and a pie to enjoy in the open dining room. The whole family made themselves at home and we found everything we needed to outfit ourselves as we headed out the door just a few steps to the beach to work up an appetite. The outdoor shower was handy to tackle the sand the kids attracted and the indoor bathrooms were beautifully appointed. We felt at home and wished we could have stayed longer as we found so many family friendly activities in the area from climbing the dunes to riding horse on the beach! `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

I have stayed at both WECOMA and WATAVUE many times. If you are looking for a genuine Oregon Beach experience which combines the feel and History of the rugged and beautiful Oregon Coast and with the comfort of one of the most sought-after lodging experiences for a couple or family (WECOMA) or a gathering of a larger group (WATAVUE) look no further. If you are into extraordinary experience, try grabbing a glass of World Class Wine, put your feet up by the fire, tune in some great music on the incredible audio system, while dinner is cooking in the Culinary Kitchen and you’re watching waves crashing unobstructed right in front of you and your close one, or with friends. After that you have options, to the Casino? You can walk or hit the Hot Tub in the backyard and it’s a big yard, enough for cornhole, backyard party, wiffle ball game etc. Want to golf?, 5-minute drive, kite flying steps away, shopping 5-minute drive, dining and pubs all up and down the highway, but with these kitchens which are knockouts you won’t want to leave. Like to read? You will not find another Beach Home with a library like this, it’s one of a kind (ask the owner, great story behind this library) The Owner has an eye for the little details that you will never find any other beach house experience. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
