Nice place to stay, many amenities near by but there are some concerns. The front door won’t lock and back door won’t lock. Easy to break in which is a major concern. Th dining chairs are breaking apart we leaned back into the chair and it fell apart. Other than that everything else was okay. I’d give a higher rating if the door was more secure. Even putting the code the door won’t lock or close. You can just push the door open without putting in the code.

I stayed here with 4 of my friends. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and location. Very easy access to the beach right across the street, and the waters were clear and beautiful. Our first night we did have a (drunken) visitor walk in the front door unannounced and use our restroom while we were trying to sleep, but we contacted the support group and they had maintenance come change the codes to the locks and made us feel safe. The WiFi didn’t work but we weren’t there to hang out inside all day so that didn’t bother us at all. Overall the location was great and the condo was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location. Close to florida bama line. Internet never worked. That’s the only issue we had. Tried to fix, but never able to link up when we’re at the condo. But great location and set up. Will be back

The condo was very clean!! We loved the privacy and the view overlooking the River was beautiful!! The walk to the beach was very close and convenient right across the street! It was in a nice location not far from restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores as well!! Will definitely stay again!!

Overall the visit was okay! Location was great, Condo was a disaster. Needs updates, exterminating, we had a hose burst and the kitchen was flooded with water. Had to eat out most of the trip because of the water in the kitchen
