Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.

Location was good with not too long walk to beach. It is need of new paint and fixture upgrades in bathrooms. Beds were good as were pillows. AC worked well. Communication at checkin not that complete. Faucet not working in kitchen But repairman apppeared in early evening to replace it. With SeaColony there are quite a few add on s to bill. Several fees. Like special $45 a person fee to use all facilities. This is nice if using pools and tennis courts. But we did not use any of them so $90 waste of money. We were there to enjoy beach ride bikes and enjoy seafood dinners. So in future if going back may pass on Sea Colony Overall we had a nice trip.

Given the price per night, it's a great place to stay. Door knob on the man door needs to be replaced. Sometimes you can't get in or out because it's stuck (really gotta work at it). Beds were comfy and the living space/patio are great. There is an opening somewhere that needs to be fixed as we had to keep killing flies coming in from somewhere. Outside of that a very pleasant stay.
