Clair de Lune is a romantic contemporary style home that offers ocean views through expansive glass windows that dramatically run the length of the home and bring the outdoors in. Two large skylights and a vaulted ceiling create a light-filled volume and space. The circular stairs lead to a loft bedroom with an even more spectacular ocean view. This home is located on a cul de sac, in the highly desirable Sculpture Point area, just steps away from the ocean bluff trail. Another trail, just one house away, leads to Smugglers Cove and the marine preserve. Pebble Beach is a five minute walk down a beautiful trail.
On a cloudless night, you can lie in the master bedroom suite and see the moon shining through the skylight, hence the name Clair de Lune. From the living and dining areas, there is a white-water view of the ocean crashing over rocks.

This home is ideal for a couple or a family with a child over 12 years old. Unfortunately the style of the house does not allow us safely to have children under 12 years old. Absolutely no pets are allowed.

The Sea Ranch amenities include three recreational centers with saunas and pools, tennis, golf course, private airport, community equestrian center, theater, library, restaurant. Enjoy the nature and serenity of the many hiking trails and beaches. Tee off at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. The town of Gualala is just a short drive from the home for grocery stores, art galleries and restaurants.
Parking Notes: Stay to the right as home is on the right with a shared driveway. Your check-in packet includes your Sea Ranch parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch and must be visible in the vehicles. Most but not all of our houses will accommodate more than 2 cars. For guests with more than 2 cars, any additional car(s) can be used to go to and from the house without a pass but will need to remain in the driveway otherwise. On street parking is not permitted. Most of our house will not accommodate more than 3 cars. RVS OF ANY MAKE/SIZE ARE PROHIBITED AT SEA RANCH AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO EVEN BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY.
Water Access: This home will have access to all public and private beaches on Sea Ranch.
