Spend your vacation down at the beach with all the amenities you need! Guests will enjoy convenient offerings within the condo, as well as multiple resort amenities. Up to two dogs are welcome to join you!

This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. Onsite you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months we open our pool bar and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.

Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7 pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet and greets, and more! Additionally we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Parking Notes: 7-story Covered parking garage located across the street (clearance is 6’6”) The Patricia Grand
parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact
turns. Guests are asked to please notify the front desk before attempting to park a large or
oversized vehicle so that proper accommodations may be made. However, oversized vehicle
parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only. The Patricia
Grand will not be held liable for any damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle
within the parking garage.

That they are pet friendly! And the location of hotel is good. You are close to a lot of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach. We will keep coming to Patricia Grand.

I really enjoyed our stay at this pet friendly hotel! I loved the oceanfront view, the spacious room, all of the pools/hot tubs, the hotel restaurant and how close it was to Broadway at the Beach. I cannot wait to go back!

Not the fanciest but, still met out needs. Check in was late, chaotic and, even after we were told to wait in the car for a call when our room was ready, once we got the call, the room still wasn’t ready. We understand that COVID has changed things but, still wasted about 1 1/2 hours getting in our room. After checking in, we enjoyed our stay.

It was raining and the 1&2floor flooded water was coming though the lights on those floors. The elevator was so hot that I almost passed out. They don’t really have many carts for luggage if 3 and they were never there. There no houses keeping daily had to go to front desk to get clean towels and TP. Had to put in hallway dirty towels and garbage. I would never go back there

We are disappointed to read you were unhappy. The rainy day you are referring to was an anomaly as the area received 4 inches of rain in 45 minutes. The city storm water system was overwhelmed and could not handle that amount which caused the flooding. There are some supply chain issues that have delayed purchasing more luggage carts, but it is something we are working on. We are not providing daily housekeeping during COVID though we will provide items upon request. Thanks!

The view is beautiful, hotel staff amazing, restaurant Indigo delicious. Pets welcome awesome! New sofa, chair, clean curtains and more utensils would make it perfect!

Filthy floors, no comforters for beds and none upon request, zero bedding for pull down bed, 3 non-hot hot tubs, very few luggage carts (45 min wait), front desk staff seemed annoyed or exasperated, couldn't tell the difference. Housekeeping did not come once during our 4 days. Maybe that is not part of the deal, but the listing says "Pro housekeepers".
