In search of a spacious home that can accommodate a large group or two families during your next getaway to Vail? Look no further than this five-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse at Gore Creek Meadows, where you'll be treated to beautiful views of the creek and the surrounding mountains from the deck and the private hot tub. The living space is casual and comfortable, with a plush sectional sofa perched in front of a stone fireplace, a full kitchen with every essential, and both a 10-person dining room table and an adjacent breakfast bar with stools for five. In the summer months, you can head outside to the back deck to take in the view of the mountains, light the gas grill for a barbecue lunch, or walk over to the community pool for a refreshing swim. Come winter, the private hot tub is the perfect place to soothe your tired limbs after a thrilling day on the slopes.

This condo is ideally located just across a creek bridge from Bighorn Park, with offers plentiful activities to keep the kids happy and occupied. A stop for the free shuttle bus, which runs into Vail Village every 15 minutes in ski season, is also just on the other side of the park.

The value for the property met the price point. The unit was somewhat dated but adequate for the stay. The amenities with the property were surprising pleasant as the property was next to a creek and park. The unit was very musty and stayed that way the first day. The carpet was in need of cleaning and the screen doors to the property were broken so you were unable to open the doors for fresh air. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in the unit and on the front porch. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Accommodated 9 adults easily. Easy commute to Vail Village of less than 10 minutes. Stunning location and at one time this was probably a nice property, but it has not had any decent maintenance in years. Everywhere you look you will see things that are could have been easily maintained, but was not. Here is a partial list.... stains on the interior walls, sliding door frame to deck that is worn and bent and barely funtional, toilet seats that are hanging on by one bolt, shower valves that dont work properly, several burnt out lightbulbs with no spares, toaster with burned out elements, hot tub that won`t heat up. This place is the polar opposite of `attention to details`. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The house was exactly as I expected from the description and the reviews. We filled the house with 13 people. All in all we were satisfied with the trade off of privacy for cost reductions. the house is slightly worn but met our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub. The bike path to Vail is fantastic! A group of us - the guys all knew each other in high school - gets together for one weekend every summer. This year it was a Gore Creek Property in Vail. We had a great time. There were beds for everyone and a very nice property on a small park. (AND - plus - there was a Poke-stop close by!)
