Three-Level Home w/ Great Deck, Three Fireplaces, Foosball, WiFi - Near Town!

Classic charm meets contemporary comfort at Birch Hill Hideaway, a wonderfully appointed, three-level home that sits just outside downtown North Conway. It's a beautiful escape in every season, whether you're working remotely, enjoying a quintessential New Hampshire summer, taking in the fall foliage on the Kancamagus Highway, or hitting the ski slopes come winter.

Step inside to find beautiful accents of knotty pine throughout the home, as well as a fireplace on each of the three floors - a wood stove just inside the entry on the ground level, a gas fireplace that warms the fully appointed kitchen and dining space on the second floor, and a wood-burning fireplace to toast your toes as you watch movies in the light-filled, upper-level living room. Use the free WiFi and the two inviting office spaces to work easily from home, scroll through your streaming accounts on the Smart TV, and find hours of entertainment in the provided board games and foosball table. Outside, there are yard games to enjoy in the summer sun, a lovely covered deck off the kitchen (which receives fantastic afternoon sun in the summer), and a gas grill for your daily barbecues with loved ones. A washer/dryer, air conditioning, and an assortment of children's books and games make this property easy, comfortable, and convenient for the entire family.

House was awesome, clean, simple, and modern. New appliances, plenty of space, and our family enjoyed it very much.

The house was very close to shops and restaurants. The layout of the house was interesting kind of like a maze but very large and accommodating. The windows need darkening curtains or shutters. Upon arrival the driveway was frozen ice and as it melted turned to a slushy muddy mess. Better drainage or slope maybe. All in all it is a great house both adults and kids enjoyed. VERY CLEAN.

So close to downtown but far enough away to relax. Beautiful house with everything you’ll need!

A group of couples used birch hill hideaway for a ski weekend. Nice open house with cozy fireplaces made for a great time had by all. Plenty of seating and a nice kitchen as well. Would say we could have used a couple extra towels and would have been nice if there was salt/pepper/etc in the kitchen, but no real complaints. Would stay again.
