Loved the house! Very comfortable and cozy!
The bed is very uncomfortable. All it would take to make it better is a foam topper on the mattress. You can afford it. It would under $100 for one. My arm fell asleep and was impossible to get a good nights sleep. Besides that the view was fantastic. Guy next door played his music a little loud at night so I had to have the fan on in order to block it out. But that's not your fault. Also, sometimes the outside lights were on at night and sometimes they weren't. Since it's very dark and I am a woman, I didn't feel super comfortable going in and out of the building when it was pitch black. If there's a switch you should mark it for people. I'm giving four stars but only because it could use some fine tuning. Very clean, but I still wiped everything down with disinfectant before feeling totally comfortable. Shower was great. May stay again if you get a topper for the bed. Also one more thing about the email communications. I booked through hotels.com and understood it was not a hotel but a liaison between hotels and a private condo. However, once booked I received emails from hotels.com, Vacasa AND VRBO to confirm. And then received text messages from two different numbers and several more emails. Not only is that confusing because I thought I booked twice and had no idea it was either VRBO or Vacasa, but it was overkill. If there's a way that you could streamline that communication process it would help. Because I sincerely was confused by all of it and to date I think I have received twenty or so emails and a few text messages. Just my advice.
