Nice little space with all the amenities. Loved the decor and set-up. Quite and just far enough away from Broadway to get some alone time. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here! It was super clean and nice. We had no problems checking in. They emailed us both codes - one to unlock the main door and one to unlock our unit door the morning of. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows! It is such a good location only a 10 mins or $6-$9 Uber ride to Broadway! When I come back to Nashville I will 100% stay here again! The only con is the pool is super super tiny so don’t come expecting a fun pool day.

Traveled with two kids. Close enough drive to all the hot spots, yet far enough to be comfortable when traveling with kids. Also a close drive to a neighboring town we wanted to visit. Walls a bit thin, but neighbors were quiet. Had all the pots and pans needed to cook. Plates, cups, etc were provided. Clean, comfortable, and secure.

This unit is set back from main road for a quiet stay but is close to downtown and so many attractions! The unit is beautifully decorated, bed is super comfy and we felt totally secure behind the gates. Parking is a breeze. What was not a breeze was the check-in: MAKE SURE YOU GET A FOUR-DIGIT CODE TO GET INTO THE BUILDING. Vacasa sent the code to get into the actual unit but not the code to get into the actual building. We had to call and the person on the phone was clueless. They had us try several different, longer codes but it was clear from how the keypad was working that a 4-digit code was necessary. It took almost an hour for someone to call us with the code to get in!
Manager response:
Lisa, we are pleased that you enjoyed this unit's location in proximity to local attractions! We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered upon your arrival, and we are happy to report that our check-in processes have improved. We hope to host you for a truly carefree getaway in the future!

We loved staying at The 1865! It was just far enough away from Broadway to stay away from the noise but close enough to drive there quickly. The amenities were perfect for our stay with our girls. You can hear people above you but that’s in any multi level building. Sad the pool wasn’t in service. We misunderstood that it was heated, heated not to freeze. Also, there’s no access to the stated rooftop if that’s a selling point for you. And you need an access code to the front door that isn’t given to you in check in instructions. We called and the person had no idea what it was however we were lucky enough to run into a resident that gave it to us.
Manager response:
Hi, McKenzi! We appreciate your review and apologize for the disappointments you had with the accommodations. The building access codes are provided in the instructions given to our guests and are updated monthly. Thank you!
