This is our 2nd year in this cabin for thanksgiving and it was amazing as always. Unfortunately, fortunately our family has outgrown this cabin and must find something a little bigger for next year.

Property was fabulous for a party of 6 adults, everyone had their own space. While there were issues at check-in, such as a missing car pass, cigarette odors in parts of the home, open windows upon arrival, and a broken glass pane on the bottom floor window, the property manager was very prompt and attentive in addressing concerns and resolving all problems. We were offered another home, but chose not to relocate as this place was selected based on its floorplan which adequately accommodated our sleeping arrangements. I'm sure this place is lovely in the summer and we'd all return when the weather is more fair. We saw multiple deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and heard many owls. It was a quiet and enjoyable stay. Heed the warnings about needing 4x4 drive vehicles, especially in colder months. The mountain is one of the more treacherous I've traveled, and as an East TN native, I've navigated mountain roads and frequented Smoky Mountain cabins for years. While the roads are paved, there are many potholes, accessing this cabin is an experience I'll remember.

A lot of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. Also enough room for 8 to snuggle on the couch’s and watch a movie. We really enjoyed this house. Thank you for having us.

Coming from Texas we loved the cool weather, warm feeling of the house. Beautiful views, great for walking/ hiking.

Everyone loved the cabin. The view was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone but not too big for everyone not to be around each other. Only problems we had was, it wasnt as clean as it could be. There was a giant spider web in the corner on the bottom floor, with eggs in it. You could definitely tell it had been there awile. And a small hole in the bathroom down stairs that someone started to patch but never finished. Other than a deep clean, everything was great! Would definitely stay again.
Manager response:
Hi, Joshua! We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and sincerely apologize for any cleanliness oversights you encountered. Housekeeping has been asked to address the spiderwebs, and pest control is treating the property. Maintenance is working on patching the wall and getting the towel rack back in place. We apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully we can host you again with these items remedied. Thanks!
