KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Find seating for two at the kitchen island, or room for four in the kitchen dining area, which also has a 42” TV.

The formal dining room boasts a beautiful crockery cupboard and a table for six.

BED & BATH

The main level master bedroom features a king bed, chairs, a gas fireplace, and a TV. The en-suite bath has a makeup vanity, two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet.

A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace, sofa, and a bistro table for two. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and an armchair, while the fourth guest room has a twin bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an armchair. (Please note that access to this room is via the en-suite bath in the 2nd bedroom.)

An upstairs den is complete with a queen sleeper sofa, a 42” TV, crib, armchairs, and table. There’s also a kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge.

Two guest baths are on the second floor. One has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, while the other has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

This home offers abundant outdoor space! On the ground level, the front porch includes a four-seat bistro table, a cushioned wicker chair, and a sofa.
