Enjoyed our stay. View from back deck was obstructed by power lines. Customer service was very prompt in helping with a few small issues. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing. The only small complaints we had were the beds being super stiff and the showers not having very good water pressure. Other than those two small things it was great.

We stayed in this cabin for 5 days . It is real nice, clean & spacious, with 2 parking spots. But in less than 2 hours of our arrival, I received 3 calls from Vacasa about the neighbor’s complaints about our noise which was just past 4 pm & used of their parking spots while we were unloading our stuffs which I already assured them that we planned to move the 2 cars in the welcome center. after we got settled. Within that time , the sheriff showed up which he said he didnt see any problems. As we moved the 2 cars, I received the third call from Vacasa for less than 2 hours of our arrival , saying that our neighbor will be calling to tow our cars if we dont move them. I dont appreciate the 3 calls & the unreasonable & inconsiderate complaints of the rude neighbor which was catered by Vacasa where in they should have back us up because we were the guests & did not break the policy. This experience made me feel threatened & feel like they tried to ruin our vacation. I dont see any reasons for this kind of bad experience except us for being Asians. Anyway, instead of extending our stay, we moved to a different place for our last 2 days.

We loved this place. It’s clean, closer to the park and downtown gatlinburg. The views are amazing. The kids love the jacuzzi. The only thing is the washer making terrible sounds when I washed our wet clothes. But aside from that everything is perfect. Thank you.

Our stay in this cabin was wonderful! The only small complaint is that the door knob when entering or leaving can be a bit of a pain to unlatch. But, other than that, it was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The view from both decks was spectacular! The cabin was beautiful, very clean and in such a peaceful place.
