This house was perfect for our family! My boys loved the arcade machine and the hot tub! The backyard was big enough for the dog to run around.

House was clean and neat in a nice area. It was supplied ok but not great (only enough coffee for 1 cup) and the bathroom door had been chewed up by a previous occupants dog. We were only there for a class and didn’t spend much time in the house but it was fine.
Manager response:
Karla, we are pleased to hear that the cleanliness met your expectations but we're sorry for the damaged door. We are happy to report the door is being replaced, and we hope you'll return soon!

This is a cozy, peaceful place to spend a few days away. It’s in a great location, walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to town. There are some food options within walking distance as well. Our first night, we didn’t feel like cooking or driving anywhere, so we took a short walk to Azteca Grill for dinner. It’s about a two-minute drive to Boulder Bay Park, and a three-minute drive into the village.
The house has an arcade, board games, and a TV if you want to just chill indoors as well. The arcade has a vast selection of games; Arkanoid and Dr. Mario were our games of choice and kept us entertained for quite a while. We opted to prepare some of our meals at home, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Most importantly for me, there was a drip coffeemaker. The hot tub in the backyard was perfect after a day of exploring the area. This is a great place to recharge; we will absolutely stay here again.

This is beautifully located a few blocks from the lake. Easy access to town and restaurants, and ski lifts. The jacuzzi was a nice addition to the stay. It has pretty much what one needs if you plan to cook meals or snacks. Will definitely keep this property in my for the next visit.

This place was a good find. the Arcade machine with 100’s of games was perfect for keeping the kids busy. The big sturdy bunk bed also made the kids sleep well. The wife and I enjoyed the spa with a beautiful clear starry night, surrounded by a couple of huge majestic trees, then coming into the warm cozy cabin with a fire in the fire place was phenomenal. There was huge backyard with clean, new looking stainless steel barbecue where we made hamburgers while enjoying the fresh, crisp air of Big Bear. Everything in the cabin was clean and well kept. I saw no stains on the furniture or beds. We walked to the lake in the morning with our coffees in hand as it was only about 2 blocks away. I’ll definitely book again!

The house was simple and cute and met our needs for our little weekend getaway. I liked that it was centrally located, but also in a more secluded neighborhood. We enjoyed the arcade machine and the spa while at the house. We had an issue with the water not being turned on when we arrived, but owners were responsive and it was solved within an hour. Also, beware if you like good coffee and are planning to brew a batch-, the coffee maker does not make good coffee. All in all, I would stay at the house again and would recommend to others if you are looking for something basic.

This was a very cute little bungalow in a great spot outside the fray of town, but close enough to drive in quickly. It does not have frills, but it has nice amenities. The hot tub was great for a soak under the stars with a few beautiful, large pine trees out back, and the fireplace is lovely for a mountain getaway. The arcade game was fun and the master bedroom bed super comfortable. The house was well cleaned and Leonardo and team did a great job. A wonderful, relaxing stay back at Big Bear.

Everything is exactly as pictured but we had one major problem during our stay. See below!
Pros:
-Small cozy house perfect for a family of 4.
-Hot tub is well maintained and had beach towels available.
-Plenty of blankets and bath towels.
Cons:
- Heater was broken for the whole time we were there with below freezing temps.
- Couch is covered in water mark stains.
- Make sure you can arrive before 8pm to get your code into the house.
Manager response:
Hi, Meghan! We're sorry to read there were some inconveniences with your stay. The heater is now repaired. Thank you!
