Welcome to your beach haven! This spacious home is perfect for families and groups that want to enjoy the outdoors during their stay in Corolla - then rest well when they're arriving home! Indeed, the upper deck hot tub (where you can lay back while hearing the sound of the ocean close by) might be your new favorite place. The Sonos wireless sound system lets guests play their favorite music throughout the home and at the pool bar. What's the pool bar? Only the coolest spot in the home - enjoy snacks and a fun hangout spot with an outdoor TV while you grill or take a swim in the outdoor pool. As the sun goes down, light up the stone firepit and enjoy s'mores. Take in the stars from the home's telescope!
Inside the home, central air-conditioning will make everyone feel comfortable while they take in the direct ocean views. If you're cooking up breakfast for a crowd, have no fear - there's two sinks, two dishwashers, and a prep island to help you out. A bonus beverage fridge can keep things cool so you can grab-and-go on the way to the beach. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and you're ready to jump back into the pool!

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. The gas fireplace is for seasonal use only, September through April Guests can bring a projector to enjoy movies out on the outdoor screen! We enjoyed our week at Time Out. The location was great, close to shopping, fabulous access to the beach, and easy access to all that Corolla has to offer. The pool area was nice, the fire pit was added fun, and the decor was simple yet beach chic. Not very impressed with the kitchen/dining supplies but nothing more than some minor inconveniences. Would definitely recommend this property for a beach vacation home.

This house was an excellent beach getaway. Location was spectacular. Access to the beach was convenient for families with little children and close to Tim Buc II for great coffee, food, and ice cream. The house was spacious and met the needs of both kids, parents, and grandparents. The pool made for a great escape after a long day at the beach!

This home is nice and updated. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the close proximity to the beach access (right across the street). When we arrived we quickly learned the beach access was closed. Apparently it has been closed since October and it wasn't mentioned in the information on this home. I understand this being closed isn't due to the property owners of this home but it should have been explained in the listing; they showcased how close the access was when in fact it was closed and had been for quite some time. We had to walk down the street which is an inconvenience with 4 little kids - all when we expected it directly across the street. We paid more for this home due to the access and ended up not having it. This should have been disclosed in the rental listing. My other issue we paid for pool heat - which was almost $500. They ended up sending someone out to actually turn it on Wednesday. So we really only had 3 days of pool heat when we paid for a full week. I called vacasa a total of 3 times due to these issues. Every time I was told they had to contact the property manager and would call me back. I never received a call. The home, pool and pool house were nice but these issues really put a damper on our vacation. It feels deceitful to not disclose something as big as no beach access (it's still closed and will be for awhile) and you don't get pool heat, even when you pay for it, and have to call multiple times for it to be turned on. The way vacasa handled these issues seemed like they didn't care, especially when we paid a decent amount to stay for a week.

Our first time in OBX so everything was new. I booked this house because of the proximity to a public beach access. Imagine our disappointment when we see that the access is closed because it was being rebuilt. So the walk to the beach was now lengthy 🥵. The well-appointed house and all that it offers with a lovely pool, pool house and proximity to stores and restaurants can’t be beat - if the beach access would have been accessible. I can’t, however, rate this rental less than a 5.

This is a great house and perfect for a large family or two. The beach access, the pool, the beautiful open living kitchen area…everything is just perfect in this house. Highly recommend staying there. We will be back!
