As part of Pointe West Resort, this home provides access to resort amenities that include a pool, a kids' pool, a lazy river, a fitness center, and a community center. In the house itself, you'll have 3,650 square feet of living space equipped with countless thoughtful touches, from a whole-house air and water filtration system and an Alexa home hub with unlimited music to Smart appliances and 4K Smart TVs (with Xfinity cable, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+).

Leave your car to charge downstairs and use the in-home elevator to reach all of the levels but the top floor. This is an open, window-lined great room, offering a sitting area with a sectional sofa and a wall-mounted 4K Smart TV, an adjacent wet bar with a beverage cooler, and a beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. There's a professional-grade, 48-inch gas range, double ovens, a spacious island with five bar stools, an adjacent dining table, and such bonuses as a high-volume icemaker (one of three icemakers in the house).

Use the provided wagon to bring home the boogie boards and beach toys (also provided), and settle in for an afternoon spent outside on one of the four decks. There's an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, a gas grill on the ground-floor patio, a basketball hoop and board games to provide hours of entertainment, and Polywood and teak outdoor furniture and swings to keep everyone comfortable.

At night, you can leave the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, play a few games on the Xbox One with Kinect in the TV room, and take your choice of five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. There's one bedroom suite on the main floor and three more on the third floor, one of which is a primary suite with an expansive bathroom with dual showers and a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and deck access. The fourth floor is the perfect escape for kids, offering built-in bunks, a seven-foot air hockey/Ping-Pong table, deck access, and a crow's nest with a telescope facing the gulf. Free high-speed WiFi and central air conditioning are provided as well.
