To one side of the great room are an airy, modern kitchen and a large dining room table, both with views of the ocean. To the other are a sitting area warmed by a gas fireplace, a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, and a bistro table that's ideal for board games and puzzles in the afternoons. There's even a day bed behind the fireplace where you can read while keeping one eye open for whale spouts on the horizon.
Come home from a walk on the oceanfront Bluff Trail to unwind in the outdoor courtyard, where you can savor the rest of your morning coffee or get the gas grill going for lunch in the ocean air. The rest of the day can be reserved for the outdoor pool, tennis court, and saunas at the nearby Moonraker Recreation Center.
