All areas are spacious and filled with natural light coming through ample sliding glass doors, all looking out on the private beach access. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs throughout; you will have plenty of options to choose from! Grab any of the books available and snuggle up on the sofa for a quiet evening getting lost in a world of wonder, or gather around the small coffee table to share a fun time with your pals planning your next adventures or enjoying a cup of coffee. The spacious, eat-in kitchen has all major appliances to make cooking a breeze. Equipped with a full-size fridge, a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher you will surely have everything you need to prepare your famous recipes. Right off of the kitchen is a small laundry room with a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The house is a short walk from all of the dining and shopping in Edgartown.

This main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which means there is enough space for a large family, groups of friends, and several couples! The main bedroom has direct deck access, a Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub, all with views of the ocean. The guest house provides more privacy, with a full bedroom and full bath upstairs; downstairs has a common space, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, and its own full bathroom.
