The house is centrally located between both Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key beaches, so you'll have your choice between top-tier beach experiences.

As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a living space spread out across two floors. The main level features a lovely kitchen, dining, and living area where you can easily mingle and unwind in central air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash, and there's room to dine at the two-person island and the circular table for four. Outside on the fenced-in patio, you'll find a gas grill, cushioned seating, and a serene setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

After a day spent strolling the Pensacola Bay waterfront or lounging in white sand on Perdido Key Beach, you'll have a private washer/dryer for your laundry.
