THINGS TO KNOW

• The pool does not heat. Spa heat is $50 a day, applicable from the day purchased until the end of your stay. The code to lockbox access will be given when payment is received.
• Streaming services are available with guest accounts.
• Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Security camera details: A security camera is installed at the front gate street entrance, in addition to the Ring doorbell at the front entrance, a camera overlooking the pool and spa equipment, and a camera overlooking the circle driveway.
• 1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD50 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
