This home away from home is tastefully decorated for everyone to enjoy the beautiful ambiance the Gulf of Mexico offers. When you book this charming gem, you will be granted access to the resort's beach and water sports activities, a private beach with access to a beach chair to rent (this is not included), a large outdoor pool, shuffleboard, and open parking.

Southwinds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. The complex itself has had a complete remodel as of 2020. The complex is across the street from the Gulf with amazing views and a public access point making it a very short walk. The location of this beautiful complex is amazing! Located on the quiet west end it is only two miles away from Pier Park, which offers restaurants, shopping, amusement park, movie theater, and more! It's right next to an outdoor amphitheater that offers free concerts on Thursday nights and down the road is Frank Brown Park. Come get away from all your cares and join us at Southwinds H12!
