• From January to mid-March, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Saturday and the noise will be disruptive.
• From mid-March until the end of May - the construction will affect an apartment - completely excluded from rental (already blocked)
• From June-July, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Monday - Saturday and the noise will be disruptive.
• From August-December, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3 p.m. but will occur on the other side of the building, so the noise should not be troublesome.
• The living room has a double sofa bed.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
