One of the key features of this dreamy retreat is the big grassy lawn with an above-ground heated pool with a nice built-in deck and a children's playground. Create everlasting memories playing in the playground with your kids, sunbathing by the pool, or barbecuing patties and veggies with your loved ones thanks to the gas grill on-site. A private hot tub is perfect for relaxing evenings.

The home's first floor features an open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The living room is colorful and well-appointed with an inviting L-shaped sofa in front of a smart TV with streaming services (Netflix and HBO).
