My son and I stayed here as we were traveling for a basketball tournament. We were nervous to stay in a house with the owners upstairs but it truly was an affordable option with nice accommodations. The basement does get chilly but there is a heater to plug in and the owners ask if the temp needs to be adjusted (owner adjusts upstairs). There are also plenty of blankets. I accidentally left my hair dryer at home and the owner provided one for me to use. (The advertised limo is a 4 passenger vehicle). It is a nice option to have for complimentary local transportation.

Fantastic apartment - 5 minute walk to Notre Dame - very well appointed and very clean!!! Every detail was thought of - owner was very easy to work with - I look forward to returning to this great property on our next visit to South Bend!

Our daughter got married at the conservatory nearby. We were glad to find a place that would accept dogs. The house was in great condition and very clean. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.
