This house worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. With the windows open, it was cool and beautiful! Good location too!!

Know before you go! They do not provide any shampoo, conditioner or SOAP, only 1 roll of TP and no garbage bags for trash. We contacted them on our arrival day regarding the lack of soap and we’re told we would hear from the “local team” shortly. We didn’t hear from them until 24 hours later and they then told us they couldn’t help us until Monday. Not a customer forward experience at all. Home was surface clean but hair and grossness along the baseboard, hair on bathroom counter, and shower curtain moldy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean and well-stocked overall, minus a couple of kitchen items, but it seems to be pretty new so makes sense. Lots of fun features: a steam shower, a beautiful patio with gas grill and two gas fireplaces. Location was wonderful—we easily took a little stroll across the bridge to Freemont and the drive downtown was 10 minutes. Thankfully, there is a parking pad with room to probably squeeze 2 cars in the driveway because street parking was very tight. We traveled with a two year old so ended up having to buy some temporary baby gates because there are a lot of stairs inside the house. Good number of stairs to get into the house, too, so that wouldn’t be great for anyone with mobility problems.

We used this wonderful place for a small company offsite for 4 executives and it was perfect! Clean, spacious with split floors for the bedrooms and work space. Quiet neighborhood and one block walk to a cute coffee spot.

Fathers Day weekend in Seattle with 3 adult children. Great place, great location, great value! Needed a place in Queen Anne and took a chance on this new listing. Would definitely rent again! Pros: modern, clean, safe; well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cool artwork; easy parking; walkable to QA and Fremont; quiet neighborhood. Make sure to get pastries and desserts at Byen Bakeri around the corner! Cons: not much! downstairs bathroom small, but OK for long weekend. Extra towels and TP would have been nice, too!
