Unit updated and Reasonably Priced. Service by Vacasa was excellent. Has a great ocean view but No balcony. Just a railing outside sliding door. You can open sliding door, if you don't like AC. Complex old and needs work/upgrades. Loose tiles is many areas. Very crowded pools. Music loud. No luggage carts available unless you tip a bellhop to deliver it. Onsite restaurants are a nice perk

Great stay. Super nice to be right across from beach. Pool was a plus too. Photos as described. Parking and directions super easy. Beds were a little noisy and AC only in one bedroom, so the opposite room was hot at night. Went to use hair dryer as listed in listing, no hair dryer. Contacted host and had a hair dryer dropped off within the hour- super accommodating! Would stay again
