As you enter the living area on the first floor you are greeted with soaring ceilings with exposed beams, ample and comfortable seating, a large smart TV with Blue Ray, a gas fireplace, and plenty of games and movies to enjoy.

Double doors lead to the wraparound sundeck. The sundeck offers seating areas for lounging and an outdoor dining table. Back inside, the dining area directly off the living room features a farm-style table that comfortably seats six. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar that looks directly into the brightly decorated and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers all that a cook is looking for, including a microwave and dishwasher.

For your entertainment, there are multiple 32' HD smart TVs with streaming capabilities throughout plus a Blu-ray player in the living room and assorted games and books.
