Parking
There is ample free parking, including 3 spots in the garage, 2 more at the top of the driveway, and numerous spots along the quiet street just outside the front door.

Pool
In the cooler months (October - April) the pool is not heated.
The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in the nightly rate. After you book the unit, please send us a message if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating.
The cost to heat the pool is $75/night. The pool will be heated to 85*.
Heat requests should be made 24 hours in advance to ensure there is adequate time to heat the pool before your arrival.

Local Attractions
- Zion’s National Park entrance is just 30 miles away.
- Sand Hollow State Park is just 4 minutes down the road. Enjoy your time on the lake, on the beach, cliff jumping, or hitting the dunes or slick rock on ATV’s, jeeps, or cycling.
- Quail Creek Reservoir is just 10 minutes away. It’s a great place to get out on the water or relax on the beach. It’s an excellent fishing place, and a good place to escape the crowds.
- Golfing. Grab a tee time at any of the 12 golf courses within 20 miles. 2 public, 8 municipal, and 2 private.
- Red Cliffs recreation is 15 minutes away. A national conservation area with red rock hiking trails, and rock climbing, with spectacular views.

Neighborhood
This is a brand new home. Some of the neighborhood is still being built. The renter is to understand that there is a chance of some construction noise. There is currently no construction taking place next to the home.

Things to Know

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
