I have been staying at Breakers for the last four years. This unit was the best to date. The unit is clean and decorated nicely. I loved the location and waking up to watch the ocean from my balcony. The unit is close to shops and dining options. I can walk each morning to several great coffee shops! My only complaint is the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Because the only mirror is located in the bathroom, this made getting ready difficult. I had to do my hair in the reflection of the TV which was not ideal. If the outlet cannot be fixed, adding another mirror in the bedroom would be an easy solution. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect little condo for small family on beachfront property! Has a pool and private beach access. And walking distance to Coligny plaza. My only issue was pest control randomly showed up Monday with no notification from Vacasa or home owners. Children were sleeping. The guy barely knocked BEFORE he entered a code and tried to enter our unit. To me that’s rather creepy especially with 2 littles. I notified Vacasa and their response was bs. That they don’t know ahead of time. Well you should especially if you have guess booked to notify them. Thank god my husband was alert because it would’ve been a bad situation if I dealt with it.
