Somehow, the weather was perfect for this January visit. Normally a rainy time of year, there was nothing but sunshine and birds chirping. Did not get in the river (too cold) but the view was fantastic. The house was comfortable and had all the basics we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home near the river, off the beaten path. A short drive to town for basic needs. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. The exterior is bright and maintained. The hot tub was perfect, especially on the rainy days. It was the perfect place to spend time with family ringing in the New Year. I will definitely be back again to enjoy this retreat by the river.

view great, cs great, small town friendly people only 23 miles from OR border, lots to see close to property. rooms were clean and comfortable, but the crown of the coast is looking a little tarnished with the sea air.
