Condo

The place is nice and was clean, plenty of space for 6. When we first got there, the fireplace pilot was out so the place was filled with gas, took 2 hours and the fire dept to get that figured out. It got taken care of the next day but because it wasn't working, the main living areas were cold, the baseboards by the counter are not effective unfortunately in 10 degree weather with winds. Once the fireplace was fixed, the place was nice and cozy for the rest of our stay! I did learn a few things that may help you in your stay: The first bedroom in the hall you have to turn the heater up to 76 so that it stays at 71. The second bedroom gets very warm even though the dial says it's only 71. The center table in the living room has broken latches so if you get the blankets out, be careful of that. The dryer does not work, we tried multiple settings, we ended up drying our clothes by the fireplace. The bedroom upstairs, the lamp on the side of the bed by the window has a cut cord, that was odd, so it doesn't work. The blinds on the left side if the sliding door is broke i think, we couldn't get them to roll down, but it wasn't a big deal because we didn't go out to the patio. The pool and jacuzzi are hard to find if you don't know where to look so let me help you, if you go down to the end of the A building, opposite of the side with the elevator, you will find a club but it looks like another condo. Also, things get sucked into the couch so make sure to check that before you leave! Internet was okay but the day the wind picked up, it was out for several hours so couldn't watch TV but that's it. The good part is that Adam, local manager, was quick and responsive with the gas issue and had that all fixed the very next morning. He also texted us during our stay to make sure everything was alright. Thankful he was around, can't imagine if we had been stuck with those issues! Overall, it was a good stay, just since things that could be resolved to make it the perfect stay.
