Overall the stay was great. Water heater was not working and front door know was/is extremely hard to open, has to be jiggled as you are opening. Water heater was fixed within hours of letting them know but was told door knob was not getting fixed so we had to go around. It also has a few mice that eat anything left out at night so don’t leave a box of crackers or chips on counter or table because they will chew right into it. The fishing is great in the river directly in front and I did catch my personal best size trout near by. Overall was a great place to stay even with those couple issues.

Perfect place for our family of 7 and 2 puppers! We have have 5 sons: ages 13-21, and this was perfect with plenty of space for them to spread out upstairs. Gorgeous views from every window and every single area outside! Tons of private land to explore. We didn’t have time this go around for ATV’s or horses, but definitely the opportunity for that as well! Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies - everything you needed to wash dishes and cook. Gated driveway, private community, felt very safe, secluded. Close to Rio Grande River. My only* tidbits would be: there are a couple of statements that say to start a load before leaving which lead us to believe there was laundry so we packed a little lighter and the WiFi only works upstairs. We requested to add a 4th night and they were very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. {Puppers: our girls were harnessed and leashed anytime they were outside and kenneled at night. We took them everywhere we went}.
